Earle Wason, CCIM
Earle has been involved in commercial real estate industry for thirty-four years. He maintains an excellent relationship with some
of the fastest growing hotel companies in the Northeast, other New England commercial real estate brokers and New England hotel
brokers. He holds the CCIM designation and has held positions as the president of the New England CCIM Chapter the president of the New Hampshire Commercial and Investment Division of the NH Association of Realtors. He specializes in the structuring and management
of all aspects of hospitality transactions and has brokered more than 130 hotel/motel and resort sales in the last 15 years. Several
of Earle’s initial clients had only one or two hotels when he began working with them, now these clients have up to 35 hotels. Earle
takes pride in his very strong track record of confidential brokerage of hotel facilities and specializes in the structuring and management
of all aspects of hospitality transactions.

Peter Annon, CPA, RFC
Peter Annon is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years experience and a licensed real estate salesperson, having provided
services to business owners, real estate developers, management companies and hospitality firms. Peter’s concentrations include: minimizing
federal and state tax obligations of hospitality transactions using strategies such as Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, installment sales,
asset allocation and other means to maximize after tax returns. He helps in maximizing financial returns to the owner/seller by assessing the
effectiveness of a property's operation, and evaluating possible repositioning opportunities.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Joe Cardillo, Broker Associate
Joe Cardillo has a diverse business background that encompasses sales, management, finance and ownership in both the retail
and hospitality industry. He is a graduate of the University of Albany in New York where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing
and business administration. After college, he moved to New Hampshire where he had his initial experience in management in the hospitality
industry. During this time he also served several terms in various government positions; where he gained valuable experience in zoning and
planning issues often related to real estate development.

Wendy Casey
Wendy Casey has been associated with Earle since February of 2000 when she assisted Earle in closing more than 20 hotel properties that were
under agreement at that time. Wendy is a licensed real estate salesperson and her responsibilities include managing the companies marketing
program and web site, organizing the company's databases and overseeing and assisting in the closing process for all company transactions.
Wendy is most often the first contact for the firm’s new clients and customers.
